Who you're buying from
This store is operated by Wave Clo, company registration number 22152148, registered at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Vouche" mean Wave Clo.
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short on purpose.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include VAT where applicable. Import duties and local taxes may be charged separately by your country — see our shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers listed there; we never see or store your full card details.
We may run promotions, bundle discounts and time-limited offers. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and can be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carriers are outside our control.
Refunds
Our 60-day money-back guarantee and your statutory withdrawal rights are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Using the product
Our foundation is a cosmetic product for external use on the face. Please read the ingredients before first use, patch-test if you have sensitive or reactive skin, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
What we claim, and what we don't
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography, before-and-after images and customer reviews show individual results — how a shade adapts depends on your own skin, and results vary from person to person.
Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to publish it on our website, packaging and social channels, with your first name and age where you've given them. You can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing hey@tryvouche.com.
Our website and brand
The Vouche name, logo, text, photographs and page designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
We're responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you're a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order. The date at the top shows the current version.
These terms are written in plain English for clarity. If you need them reviewed against a specific market's consumer law before launch, have a local lawyer check them — we've kept the structure simple so that's quick to do.
