Who is responsible for your data
Wave Clo, company registration number 22152148, Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this store. You can reach us any time at hey@tryvouche.com.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
- Payment data — handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card; we never store full card numbers.
- Messages — anything you send us by email or through a form on the site, including refund requests.
- Device and browsing data — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, collected by cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To take payment, ship your order and handle refunds — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure — our legitimate interest.
- To send marketing emails, where you've opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- To measure and improve our advertising, where you've consented to marketing cookies.
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed, with providers who process data on our behalf:
- Shopify — our store platform and payment processing.
- Our fulfilment partner and carriers — your name and delivery address, so your parcel arrives.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. It loads only if you accept marketing cookies.
We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your basket and login working — the site can't function without them. Marketing and analytics cookies, including the Meta Pixel, load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on our site, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred there, it's protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally ten years in the Czech Republic. Support emails are kept for up to three years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to marketing. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email hey@tryvouche.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the Czech Republic that's the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů); if you're in the UK, it's the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we start using a new tool that collects personal data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
